This browser extension automatically tracks your learning activity on educational platforms, maps it to skills from the ESCO dataset (over 13,000 professional competencies), and awards XP points for it.
We use only Chrome's local storage. Your learning entries, time tracking, and skill progress are not stored on our servers.
The extension automatically tracks how long you spend on tracked learning platforms (e.g. GitHub, Stack Overflow, YouTube). It also recognises the specific page locally (e.g. which question or tutorial) to derive suitable keywords when auto-logging. Only the domain (e.g. "github.com") plus duration is stored – no full URLs and no page content. This time tracking stays entirely on your device.
You can view your data in the extension at any time, export it via the export function, or delete it by uninstalling the extension or clearing Chrome storage.
No visited URLs, no history data, and no page content are sent to external servers.
When you use manual Quick Log or automatic logging (e.g. on tab switch or after spending longer on a platform), only the following data is sent to our backend:
Tracked learning platforms (can be customised for your organisation):
github, stackoverflow, linkedin, figma, youtube, vimeo, medium, leetcode, udemy, w3schools, w3resource, notion, coursera, codecademy, replit, gitlab, mdn, freecodecamp, devto, codeorg, edx, geeksforgeeks, hackerrank, javatpoint, khanacademy, masterclass, pluralsight, skillshare, treehouse, tutorialspoint, udacity, futurelearn
